Your goal
Marktlink Transaction Services is the newest addition to our family. We are extremely proud to launch this new label in the Netherlands at our office in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Buying and selling companies, assets or even making an investment in a major project can be risky. To the point due diligence can help mitigate these risks as well as highlight opportunities to create value and make a transaction successful.
Furthermore, financial due diligence is an essential part of whether to proceed with a transaction and can increase the likelihood of the transaction achieving its objectives and prepares you for negotiations. Marktlink Transaction Services aims on financial due diligence analysis to get a complete picture of the risks and opportunities associated with a potential transaction.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for carrying out financial due diligence investigations
- You assist the client throughout the financial due diligence process
- You provide (sales) support to the team
- You contribute to projects reporting directly to the Managing Partner and/or Manager
- You will develop the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analyzing and advising on the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction
Your profile
You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mind set, you are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities and strive for collective success. You are detail-oriented, numerically strong, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Next to that, we would like you to have:
- A (recently) completed master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar;
- Relevant internship experience in Transaction Advisory Services (Big 4, accountancy, TAS);
- Strong analytical and communications skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both in Dutch and English;
- An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset;
- Proficient in MS Office (including first class skills in Excel and PowerPoint);
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to acquiring skills and getting the job completed;
- Strong project and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;
- Curiosity with an enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge;
- For this role fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
