Your apprenticeship at ELA
Electronics technicians specialising in energy and building technology plan and install electrotechnical systems such as electrical power supply systems in buildings. For example, you install fuses and connections for washing machines, cookers, building control systems and data networks. You commission control and regulation equipment for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. To do this, you create control programmes, define parameters, measure electrical variables and test the systems. You install reception and broadband communication systems and telecommunications networks. During maintenance work, you check the electrical safety equipment, determine the causes of malfunctions and eliminate faults.

We work in our production halls in a single-shift system
We organise an extensive induction programme for you so that you get to know the entire company, all your colleagues and our products.
Our more than 30 trainees and dual students who are already employed will make it easier for you to start your professional life and will be there to help you with any questions you may have at any time. Your mentor will accompany you, especially during the first weeks of your apprenticeship.
We are growing. This means that you have a very good chance of being taken on by us to continue your career at ELA after your training.
To keep you healthy and fit, we regularly offer you various health activities and massage appointments.
You can also use our company gym or benefit from our cooperation with the company fitness provider qualitrain - train in numerous facilities throughout Germany.
