To support our Marketing business within Diabetes BeNeLux business unit we are currently looking for a fulltime Associate Digital Marketing Specialist with a hands-on mentality and strong marketing/communication skills. We offer you an interesting position in the field of digital customer marketing and projects that makes you responsible for communication and activation on our digital channels. 

From social media to web-based platforms to e-mail and marketing automation, you will facilitate the digital messaging towards healthcare professionals as well as patients for the Benelux region. 

This role entails working closely with the country’s marketing, education and field teams, as well as the Diabetes Headquarters in Switzerland.

We have been pioneers of diabetes management for more than 25 years. Our insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring, and smart multiple daily injection systems allow people with diabetes to track and manage their glucose levels. Medtronic Diabetes products help people improve their diabetes management and lower their risk of long-term complications.

A Day in the Life
• Support the BeNeLux Marketing team with the design and creation of e-mail communication in e-mail marketing/marketing automation software. Execute tailored communication through their target audiences: patients and HCPs
• Lead the social media content calendar and posting on the relevant channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). 
• Keep track of all social media channels and manage the community where appropriate and necessary. 
• Master the content management system for the HCP-facing platform and the patient-facing website, for page localization and content creation. 
• Make small design adjustments to presentations, social media posts and PDFs. 
• Support the digital marketing manager with video editing, digital campaign launches and localization/translation work.
• Measure the success of activities and keep track of main KPIs, in regular connects with the EMEA team and the digital marketing manager.
