As an Industrial Automation Software Engineer yourprimary responsibility will be developing control software for themachines using low-code tools that generate PLC code from UMLdesigns. Additionally, you will contribute to the development ofdigital twins (lifelike simulations) of our systems for softwaretestingpurposes.

Responsibilities:

• Translatesystem/customer requirements into software requirements anddesigns.
• Break down the system into functionalmodules and interfaces.
• Contribute to workbreakdown, planning, and tracking activities in an agilemanner.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks andemerging problems in a timely manner, working collaboratively withthe team.
• Develop a software test plan, executesoftware tests (including continuous integration and integrationtesting).
• Create documentation and a usermanual for the developed software.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Industrial Automation (electronic engineering,mechatronic engineering, or softwaredevelopment).
• Background as a PLC SoftwareEngineer
• Experience in developing software forcomplex machines in productionenvironments.
• Passion for software automationand controls.
• Experience with agile softwaredevelopment methodologies.
