BMS Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre Project

€70,000 - €90,000 + bonus + tax free living allowance + expenses

Clear Engineering are working with a leading engineering and construction company who have a strong global presence. Specializing in delivering innovative solutions across various sectors, they are at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. I am currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Management System (BMS) Project Manager to join their team and contribute to a groundbreaking hyperscale data centre project in the Netherlands.

As the BMS Project Manager, you will take a leadership role in overseeing the design, implementation, and successful delivery of the Building Management System for a state-of-the-art hyperscale data centre. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the seamless integration of BMS solutions to ensure the project's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the BMS project, from conceptualization to commissioning and handover.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to ensure the timely and quality execution of BMS solutions.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets.
5. Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
6. Foster a collaborative and inclusive project team environment to drive innovation and excellence.
7. Interface with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale BMS projects, preferably in hyperscale data centre environments.
3. Strong understanding of industry standards and protocols related to BMS (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse project team.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
6. Familiarity with hyperscale data centre infrastructure is highly advantageous.
