As a Building Services Engineer, you will be acrucial member of our team, contributing to the design,implementation, and maintenance of advanced building systems. Yourresponsibilities will include:
- Closecollaboration with architects and other engineering disciplines todevelop integrated designs for building services that align withproject goals.
- Designing HVAC, plumbing,electrical, and fire protection systems that comply withregulations and industry standards.
- Conductingthorough feasibility studies, energy simulations, and cost analysesto inform design decisions and optimize buildingperformance.
- Utilizing advanced software toolsto model, simulate, and visualize building systems for effectiveplanning and communication.
- Identifyingopportunities for energy efficiency, sustainability, and usercomfort through innovative designs and technologyintegration.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor's degree in ElectricalEngineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master'sdegree is a plus.
- Experience in buildingservices, electrical, plumbing, and fire protectionsystems.
- Proficiency in using industry-standardsoftware for design and analysis of building services (e.g.,AutoCAD, Revit MEP, energy modelingsoftware).
- Good knowledge of building codes,regulations, and sustainabilityprinciples.
- Project management skills tooversee building-related aspects of projects and ensure timelycompletion.
