Position Summary
We currently have an opening for an accountable, self-directed individual with strong data analytics and information management skills to join our Federal Programs team. Our team partners with Federal Government Departments to administer their health and dental benefits to their beneficiaries, members and clients.
As a Business Analyst you will report to the Manager, Contract Management, and be part of the Contract Management team. The Business Analyst is responsible for responding to data-related requests from both internal and external stakeholders and providing statistical data and insights regarding activities within the delivery of the program. The Business Analyst also works closely with IT in the maintenance of our information systems and data warehouse supporting our department and government clients. Business Analyst must keep up-to-date on our government programs, policies and procedures and will work closely with internal stakeholders including staff, management teams, and IT, as well as external stakeholders.
The Business Analyst will manage multiple priorities of varying complexity, analyze and document business requirements/processes working independently and in a team setting. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount in this role. In this role you will also work closely with our IT team, to support and quality assure our system upgrades, maintain security, manage the quality control aspects of client service levels.

Security Clearance Requirement
In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) prior to your start date.
This includes; Fingerprinting, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check and you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.
