Business Analyst
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our user behavior analytics team within the DnA (Data and Analytics). This role will involve leveraging behavioral and digital marketing data to drive better decision-making and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral and digital marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising channels.
- Apply statistical methodologies and techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights to enable data driven decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing, product teams and DnA (Data and Analytics), facilitating communication, collaboration, and understanding of business objectives and data requirements.
- Utilize Google BigQuery and our internal orchestrator platforms to create and maintain data sets that support sophisticated analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of behavioral data in the warehouse maintained by the team. Implement processes and standards to maintain high data quality and integrity.

- 3+ years’ experience in analytics role with experience in digital marketing analytics and or web analytics
- Fluency in SQL, Python or any data mining language along with super visualization skills.
- Comfortable navigating through big data in a cloud environment, prior experience with bigquery and google cloud platform is preferred
- Prior experience and comfortable using measurement tools like Google Analytics, Firebase etc.
- A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills - build bridges
- A proactive, data-driven, and logical mindset with ability for end to end ownership
- Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
