The role

The craft of business analysis and the challenges that are part of it, form the core of your daily routine. Whether this means testing new features or making sure features are translated into user stories as part of the (Agile) backlog as detailed as possible, you always know how to face the challenges that come with this responsibility.

The Framework Business Analyst is a key member of our team of BAs, enabling the delivery of products of the highest quality and availability to our customers.

What You'll Do?

· Gain in-depth level of understanding of the current NL-based service VPI & ATOSI

· Align with Solera’s Demand Management process in order to prioritize features with the highest value

· Elaborate on epics and user stories in dialogue with the product owner and see to it that they end up all refined and prioritized on the backlog for the development team, as part of an agile development process

· Help build (automated) performance testing, including acceptance testing by customer(s) group(s) and provide testing evidence for ISAE3402 audits.

· Write up detailed product documentation such as user guides and release notes, all based upon the documentation that developers deliver along with the stories they complete.

· Make sure every production release meets the Change Advisory Board’s standards.

· Be the day-to-day contact for the development team and support them in telling stories & refining them or discussing sprint progress during SCRUM-meetings.

· Help with client-related questions about the services described above.

What You'll Bring?

· At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst with B2B web services.

· Knowledge of Dutch insurance market is a big plus.

· A scrutinizing eye for detail.

· Strong linguistic skills, from fluent in Dutch (mandatory), to making yourself clear in English.

· Problem-solving abilities, analytical nature, and top-notch conceptual skills.

· Team player with excellent communication skills.

· Able to manage stakeholders within a (functional) matrix organization.

· “Work-hard, Play-hard, not-quitting” attitude.

· Good dose of humor and sense of perspective"

· NL-based strongly preferred.

Preferably

· Knowledge of Dutch MGA branch and their insurance products in the market.

· knowledge of Scrum/Agile. Tooling: JIRA, Confluence & Salesforce
