Business Analyst
As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
About the department:
The IT department within BYD Europe is responsible for Internal system Development. One of the important tasks of their IT department is to conduct analysis of request, internal company process and testing of business IT systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders, business process improvement and optimization in SAP and related systems.
- Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process.
- Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems.
- Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
- Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent English is mandatory, other European language is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working as SAP SD/MM consultant and experience in minimum 2 full lifecycles of SAP S/4 implementing project.
- Excellent logical judgement, communication and organization skills.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
