We are recruiting a

Business Analyst Finance & Controlling

As a Business Analyst you play a crucial role in our Finance team, helping us to meet our current and future goals. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure our internal financial processes running and supply “state-of-the-art” management information. As Business Analyst Finance you will be responsible for business process re-design, business control and project management. About 80% of the role will be project based and 20% supporting in business controlling daily tasks.

The Business Analyst Finance reports to the Manager in Business Control, Analytics and Reporting and will be based in Doetinchem / Zevenaar, Netherlands.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to development of management controls in financial instruments.
• Support in centralization of locally traded commodities.
• Write and implement internal policies and accounting standards.
• Participate in group wide IT- and internal change projects.
• Intermediate between Finance and key business stakeholders
• Support the Business Control team in a wide range of activities.

What might qualify you for this role?

• You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Business/Economics, or in agricultural related field.
• You have at least 3+ years work experience in a relevant function.
• You have a passion for business processes, change management and business analytics.
• You can work precise and accurate with a large set of complex data.
• You have strong analytical skills and well in information research.
• You contribute to strong working relationships and a positive working atmosphere.
• You are comfortable with project work and enjoy that everyday might be different from the next
• You are fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
