### Must have:

### - A completed bachelors or masters degree (HBO or WO level). - Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 in the role of Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Architect, preferably within the Food Industry. - Proven experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously and travelling around 60%. - Strong consultancy skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities. - Fluency in both Dutch and English is required. - A strong drive to actively share knowledge and support colleagues where needed.

Responsibilities:

- We translate complex customer needs into a high-quality, conceptual end-to-end solution that forms the foundation for project success. - We ensure a seamless and flawless implementation from initial kick-off through to a successful go-live. - We collaborate closely within the Solution Factory with the Global Sales Director Food \& Process, and on international projects with the Project Manager and Technical Architect. - We define the roadmap together with international Food industry customers based on the latest technologies and future opportunities in Agents and AI. - We develop the Solution Landscape based on an in-depth business assessment and safeguard quality and validation throughout the execution phase. - We deliver critical deliverables and work products essential to achieving project objectives. - We balance project ambitions with available resources and provide content-driven leadership to project teams. - We advise and support the pre-sales team, translating our vision into winning proposals. - We guide and coach multidisciplinary project teams in solution architecture, technology, consultancy, and project management.
