Duties and Role:
The CQO – CFBLNet Reference and Support Services branch is delivering three main services:
Provide the CFBLNet as a service to national and NATO customers
Provide a reference environment to all customers as close as possible to the production environment. Specific to the scope, support services are offered for test activities and exercises; Costumers of this service are primarily other business areas within the Agency based on operational level agreements.
Provide SME support on networking, IaaS and PaaS to CQO internal and other Agency customers
Tasks:
Stakeholder engagement during creation and maintenance of OLA/SLAs
Creation of status reports and recommendations on service/project financial information
Cost analysis for providing IT services and projects
Demand forecasting and planning
Planning and coordinating meetings and scrum events
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience.
Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 5 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.

Post related experience in duties related to the function of the post must include the following at a minimum:
Analysis of financial information and creating respective status reports
Cost analysis for providing IT services and projects
Demand forecasting and planning
Familiar with principles of procurement and finance in the area of IT
Knowledge and experience of project management / project planning methods
Desired:
Experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
Experience with private and public cloud services
Experience as Scrum master
Experience with enterprise Project Management tools such as ServiceNow or EPM;
