About the role
For our plant in Farmsum we are looking for a CapEx Project Manager, your main responsibilities are:
Project Leader
Leader for several capex projects – (some smaller ongoing annual projects, plus some significant larger projects). This includes all aspects of project management.
Various projects as assigned by plant manager
Key project member
Various projects as assigned by plant manager
Capex Process Management
Management and monthly update of Delfzijl Capex plan files in agreement with factory manager (planning and costs)
Manage Capex application process and support and train project leaders in Capex applications
Monitor and challenge capex spend (inc financial tracking with support of finance manager)
Supporting in Capex related quotations
Chairman monthly project meeting with Capex project leaders
Chairman weekly project meeting with Capex project leaders on detailed level
General responsibilities
Member of the consignment roster
Maintenance Manager cover/ Deputy in absence
Any reasonable tasks/responsibilities as assigned by direct/indirect managers
About you
Bachelor degree (electrical / mechanical or comparable).
A minimum of 5 years technical experience, preferably in technical projects or in maintenance.
Knowledge of production processes, mechanical and/or electrical.
Experienced in project leading and project management (coaching and steering capabilities, good in planning, organizing, prioritizing, budgeting and working with suppliers).
Active and self driven with a high level of autonomy and ability to work in a team
SAP knowledge preferred
Clear in communication, both in Dutch and English.
