The CDD team plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of our client relationships. Our primary objective is to conduct thorough due diligence on our clients, assess their risk profiles, and ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations. We take pride in upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all our activities.

Working closely with other departments and external stakeholders, we collaborate to gather accurate and comprehensive data, conduct risk assessments, and implement robust compliance procedures. We maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry best practices, and emerging trends to continuously enhance our due diligence processes.

Some of the things you’ll be doing

  • Working closely together with Senior CDD Analysts and CDD Team Leads
  • Carrying responsibility for a specified part of the CDD files, both from a process management and quality perspective
  • Pro-actively update the Senior CDD Analyst and the CDD Team Lead on the progress of the CDD file review and reach out in case of questions, remarks, or issues for escalation
  • Monitor timelines and the progress of the CDD file review and (supporting) client outreach
  • Monthly complete the number of files agreed on with the CDD Team Lead
  • What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • 3-5 years of working experience with KYC/CDD activities in the Netherlands
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in law or other relevant degrees, which provides a sound basis for a CDD Analyst role in connection with relevant working experience in the field of KYC/CDD
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Good drafting and planning skills
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Working experience in the trust industry
  • Already residing in the Netherlands
