Restaurant Bougainville is renowned among experts for its amazing dinners and imaginative gastronomic experiences. Within one year of opening, Restaurant Bougainville was awarded a Michelin star. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Tim Golsteijn. Since April 2023, the front of house has been led by our Mâitre d' Sommelier Ronald Opten. With his experience in top gastronomy, where he has worked for establishments such as the Amstel Hotel and Landgoed Duin\&Kruidberg, he is an inspirational figure for both colleagues and guests.
As Chef de Rang, you are not only responsible for the necessary preparations of the restaurant but also for delivering high-level service. Restaurant Bougainville is known for its fantastic dinners and imaginative gastronomic experiences. In a nutshell, your task is to meet all the wishes and needs of our guests. Treat them with respect and kindness while providing them with detailed information about the dishes offered. You will be trained and guided by the best in the field to prioritize your development. Whenever you need training or guidance, we will provide it for you.

* Continuously innovate and proactively improve service based on feedback from our guests.
