The Client Account Analyst is accountable for supporting the daily activities related to the processing of assigned client accounts. The individual is responsible for responding to internal and external requests to identify process improvements and facilitate solutions.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Independently manages and responds to routine questions, processing issues and requests according to company-defined procedures.
Thoroughly analyzes processed data, issues and requests and clearly communicates them verbally and in writing using company-approved methods and tools.
Analyzes freight rates received from clients and presents clear and complete freight rate information to rating team in a timely manner.
Verifies freight invoices for assigned accounts by using the CassPort Exception Management system and ensuring the amount charged by the carrier agrees with the rates on file from the customer.
Identifies changes and other enhancements which will improve the overall efficiency and quality of processing.
Acts as a positive representative of the company, both internally and externally, in accordance with written principles of the organization without direction or oversight from management.
Keeps key stakeholders, including the account manager and/or management, informed of significant issues on a timely basis.
Seeks guidance from the appropriate account manager or management on significant non-routine issues.
Possesses a thorough understanding and ability to explain and promote our web-based services.

KNOWLEDGE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Well-developed organizational skills in order to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to create pivot tables and utilize VLOOKUP).
A strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, at all levels
Ability to fluently communicate (in writing and speech) in both English and Dutch.
Strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis.
A bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
1 – 2 years of experience in a logistics or financial services environment preferred.
1 – 2 years of customer relations experience in a technical services environment.
