
Client Solutions & Project Manager - International Enterprise Accounts EMEA
We are looking for a Client Solutions \& Project Manager to drive solution development, go-to-market execution, and end-to-end program delivery for International Enterprise Accounts across EMEA. The role will initially be anchored on some of our largest international DSO accounts in the region, supporting the partnership agenda through consulting project coordination and multi-market rollout, with the potential to expand to additional international accounts and laboratories over time. This position sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, dental technology expertise, and structured project/program management, translating Straumann's portfolio into scalable, digitized treatment workflows and customer-ready solutions.
**What you will do**
* Client solutions ownership (International Accounts): Translate customer needs into integrated solutions combining products, services, and digital workflows across the dental treatment pathway.
* Solution packaging \& enablement: Build scalable offerings (value proposition, solution blueprint, enablement tools, rollout playbooks) in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Digital and Operations.
* Go-to-market support: Support enterprise GTM planning and execution for international DSO accounts (adoption strategy, local deployment guidance, stakeholder alignment).
* Program \& project management: Lead multi-stream, cross-functional programs end-to-end (discovery → design → pilot → scale), selecting appropriate methodologies (Agile/waterfall/hybrid) and ensuring governance, risk management, and delivery quality.
* Consulting delivery coordination: Structure and orchestrate consulting workstreams (internal/external), manage partners, and ensure outcomes, timelines, and quality standards are met.
* Internationalization \& scaling: Drive "global-to-local" rollout; standardize what scales, localize what's needed (market requirements, operations, commercial), and build repeatable toolkits for multi-country deployment.
* Analytics \& performance tracking: Define KPIs and dashboards, monitor adoption and commercial impact, and steer prioritization based on data.
* Stakeholder management: Act as the cross-functional "quarterback" between internal teams and senior customer stakeholders, ensuring consistent execution across countries.
