In this role you are you the go to person between our Commercial and Finance teams. You are Subject Matter Expert on and responsible for SFDC (Sales force metrics and Performance & KPI tracking). You are responsible for coordinating contract management in collaboration with Sales, Legal and EMEA contract management. Providing sales, volume and financial analysis internally and tailormade customers request required to evaluate business opportunities. Generate market intelligence presentations for internal and external use. On occasion you may join as a consultant to our customer meetings. you will possess solid business acumen, combined with an intuitive, analytical, and local thinking process to translate analyzed data into meaningful local commercial strategic business reports, execution-able strategies and actions
SFDC Local Admin and champ
GFK market data and insights gathering and sharing (detecting and sharing market opportunities)
Commercial customer analysis (dept analysis en insights) on category, channel, distribution, product
Contact for Strategic Partner Accounts on in-depth analysis
Contract management coordination and follow up
Processing Sell-out Data of third parties, adding to Customer Performance Dashboard (Excel)
Close collaboration with NSMs in supporting SFDC KPI metrics and performance reporting
To provide volume and financial analysis required to evaluate financial results.
Creation of field sales representatives’ toolkit (sales and distribution KPI’s) to enhance business opportunities.
To analyze the market for new products / trends, identifying opportunities and potential threats.
Work closely with the Benelux commercial team to support and implement regional and local strategy.
Work together with Marketing on processes, registration and tracking of campaigns
Customer contract administration working closely with local Key Account Management and regional headquarter to ensure a clean contract process
Admin for Salesforce; responsible for managing and maintaining of the CRM System. ory management, User set-up , data validation, managing sales reps, reporting and dashboarding etc.
Responsible, from finance perspective, for the segmentation process on customer level in consultation with the regional manager
Consult with the EMEA team about data quality and make changes if necessary (Cognos, SFDC, Oracle).
Ad-hoc reports
Business and Financial analysis and acumen.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across all levels of the organization intern and extern.
Superior excel skills (pivot tables, macros, lookups, sum if, complex link files).
Accuracy and attention to detail
Database skills (Cognos and preferably tableau)
Languages: fluent Dutch and English
Commercial mindset
Experience
Excellent analytical skills, statistics and financial analysis.
Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of computer applications (word processing, spreadsheet and database tools, design tools and presentation/chart applications. (Tableau experience preferred) and current technology standards.
Advanced database and excel skills will be required.
Preferably knowledge about Cognos reporting and Hyperion (although training can be given).
Experience with Salesforce
Experience of forecasting and statistical modelling preferred.
Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines both working autonomously and within a team.
Education : A relevant degree to Bachelor level (business/management/economics/Finance)
