Computer Science Internship: Test tooling development

Introduction

Are you a bachelor student in Computer Science or related technical disciplines? Do you have a strong affinity with Python programming language or Robot framework? Then this internship is interesting for you!
 

Background Information

In the Software Qualification & Integration department the ASML machine software is integrated and tested before being distributed to customers. Test Domains are the teams within SQI department that builds, automates, maintains and improves the test scenarios for qualifying new SW packages, practices continuous verification for the continuous integration and deployment of the different software releases. 

Your Assignment

We have a test tool developed by our team to be used in system level SW testing within ASML. The assignment is to investigate and implement the technical solutions provided by the architects to decouple the test and tooling source code and migrating the test SW to another archive. The assignment includes an investigation and demonstration of a deliverable for this objective and then to carry out this activity for all test assets.

Your Profile

To be a match for this internship, you are:

  • Computer Science, Software Engineering student;
  • Experienced in tool development or migration with proficiency in Python;
  • Preferably experienced in robot framework, Jenkins, Bitbucket;
  • Critical thinker, self-driven with can-do attitude;
  • This internship details: Availability of 5 days a week is required (max 2-3 days working from home, depending on total working hours), a minimum duration of 6 months. The start date is asap.
