Aufgaben

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishing and implementing quality standards for both new and existing products/processes.
• Collaborating with teams such as product management, key account management (KAM), and quality management.
• Taking responsibility for quality in innovation and relocation projects, including breaking down customer requirements into quality plans and monitoring elements of the quality plan such as inspection instructions, initial sample inspections, traceability, and quality assurance documents.
• Coordinating and managing customer complaints, as well as being responsible for conducting design failure mode and effects analysis (D-FMEA) and supporting process FMEA (P-FMEA).
• Handling change requests and conducting both internal and external audits to ensure and improve quality standards.
• Actively developing and optimizing quality processes and supporting product and quality management during customer visits, customer audits, and in achieving quality objectives.

Qualifikation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Academic degree in a technical field, ideally supplemented with advanced quality certifications.
• Extensive experience in quality management, customer complaint management, and preventive quality planning.
• Practical knowledge in the use of quality tools and methods such as FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys analysis, fishbone diagram, statistical process control (SPC), etc.
• Strong capabilities in systematic, method-based, and solution-oriented work.
• High degree of independence and initiative, with a willingness to continuously further one's knowledge.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
