We are looking for new talent to join ouraeronautical customer support engineering team. As a CustomerSupport Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing customerinquiries regarding technical issues through various communicationchannels, including Internet-based systems, telephone calls, andemail. You play a crucial role in providing prompt and effectivesolutions to both personal and business clients, ensuring customersatisfaction and retention.
A description of thedaily tasks:
- Act of new regulations,maintenance requirements and aircraft type related maintenanceinstructies/information
- Create and maintainprograms based on data
- Monitor theairworthiness status of aircrafts and execution ofmaintenance
- Analyze maintenance relatedparameters
Functie-eisen
- Degree in aeronautical engineering orequivalent knowledge level by experience
- 2+years experience in aircraftmaintenance
- Fluent Dutch andEnglish
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- 1FTE 40 hours perweek
- Salary €3000 - €3500 depending oneducation and experience
- Good primary andsecondary employment and working conditions
- 25leave and 13 ATV days per year
