Data Analyst / Reporting Expert
With more than 1000 percent growth since 2018, LegionellaDossier is the Netherlands’ leading digital water safety solution and rapidly growing in the United Kingdom. Our ambition is to become the global market leader in this field in the next 5 years. Since our founding in 2015, LegionellaDossier has strived to become the best at everything we do: Product, Culture, and People.
We are a fast-growing scale-up based in Utrecht, consisting of a tight-knit team of almost 30 professionals, and are expecting to double in size in the upcoming year.
We help Legionella Consulting specialists create compliant reports, in the most effective way possible. This is something they do on a daily basis, so we're helping them to be efficient and effective. By doing this, we also help their clients, property managers, with keeping their buildings safe in as little time and effort as possible.
Where do you fit in?
You’ll add value to 2 focus areas in our company:
You’ll be creating pixel-perfect reports for our clients. These reports translate the data in our database, entered by users through our apps and web application, into shiny PDF reports. Legionella consultant companies send these reports to their clients. The reports are created in a tool called JasperReports and the main language used is MySQL.
You’ll be creating insights to help everyone within the company perform at a higher level. This ranges from insights in our m-o-m revenue growth for management to user/mailing lists for client communication, to specific data needed by our support team for diagnosing specific user problems. We would love to have dashboards with relevant information and way more. We currently use Metabase for this.
For both domains you’ll need to understand MySQL, be clever (our database is large!), and be concise in what you do: errors can have a big impact on the daily life of our users.
You’ll join the team of Koenraad, our current reporting & data analytics expert.

Our recruitment process is simple: You and we all need to be sure that we’re excited to work together for many years to come and make great things happen.
For this, our company culture is the most important to us, and we work hard to make sure everyone feels like they can work together well and enjoy their time making all those great things happen. As such, our process consists of 3 steps: a quick Introduction interview, an in-depth personal interview, and a technical skills challenge. Everything to have the best match for years to come.
Are you as excited about that prospect as we are? Then let's have a (digital) cup of coffee and talk about that future together.
