**Job Description**

In this role, you will be performing accredited calibrations on all kind of test and measurement products , maintaining our standard lab equipment. Also audits and maintaining and improving uncertainty budgets and giving training and support to other technicians is part of your activities

You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality service to our customers. Our goal is to return 95% of all repairs and calibrations within five working days.

As the main service lab in Europe, our Eindhoven facility supports customers across the EMEA region with their test and measurement equipment needs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Standards reference management
* Assisting in the verification of the primary standards, DC software, frequency software, and environmental conditions when needed
* Supporting the execution of the highest-accuracy calibrations and interlaboratory comparisons (ILCs)
* Helping Audits
* Providing technical support when necessary
* Support procedures validation
* Training technicians (Metcal procedures)
* Support with the QMS technical part

In the Eindhoven lab we have \>40 technicians of all kinds of nationalities, it is a great team that with the help of a strong logistic team is managing strong growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

**Experience:**

* \>4 years experience as deputy lab manger or metrology work.
* Mid to high level degree in electronics or equivalent.
* Good communication skills and independent in working.
* Good in English language.
