• Develop high-quality mechatronicdesigns, ensuring mass producibility in line withspecifications.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, steeringproduct development, managing cross-functional aspects, andadhering to the V-modelmethodology.
• Define product and element requirements,conduct DFMEAs, and oversee the release of solutions for massproduction.
• Drive ideation sessions, guide conceptcreation, and facilitate decision-makingprocesses.
• Validate solutions through calculations,simulations, tolerance analysis, prototyping, andtesting.
• Plan and prioritize work, managinginterfaces with other modules/parts using an agileapproach.
• Identify gaps and implement improvementsto elevate the mechatronics developmentgroup.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree inMechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechatronicproduct design for massproduction.
• Strong understanding of mechanical andmechatronic design principles, including design for injectionmolding.
• Experience in (international)multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in Business toConsumer.
• Proficient in state-of-the-artdevelopment techniques, CAD (NX), and FEA(Ansys).
• Broad multi-disciplinary technologicalinterest and knowledge.
• Quality-driven; experience with Designfor Six Sigma (greenbelt certification is aplus).
• Conceptual mindset with the ability tobalance innovation and practicalrealization.
• Determination in decision-making andindependence.
• Ambitious with leadershiptalent.
