As a DevOps Engineer specialized in Workday HCM, your role is pivotal in advancing Renewi's utilization of the platform, bolstering support for business operations, and ensuring a smooth experience for all colleagues. You're tasked with providing ongoing support and exploring ways to improve the functionality of the Workday platform.
Your main goal is to improve the everyday use of Workday for all employees, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to manage tasks like leave, rewards, and expenses efficiently. Collaboration is paramount as you prioritize tasks alongside Product Owners of virtual teams, working closely with Agile Architects, Business Analysts, and fellow DevOps Engineers, as well as engaging business users. Assuming responsibility for the application's lifecycle management, you ensure its seamless operation and evolution.
Your work is characterized by a mix of creative innovation and technical prowess, manifested in meticulous design, rigorous testing, and seamless integration efforts. By fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, you drive continuous improvement, continually expanding the horizons of our HCM capabilities.
