Background information
We are an innovative team offering aboves IT capabilities to the entire ASML organization. We work in the BPI & Automation team, supporting the ARTs Robotics and Integration with their digital content (e.g. SharePoint site, marketing, newsletter, go-live videos etc.). IT GAP – BPI & Automation has 2 ART's (Agile Release Trains):
Robotics which convers RPA and Conversational AI technologies;
Integration which deliver Integration services like API's, MFT (file transfer) and Workflows.
Your assignment
An ASML Content Creation Intern supports the Robotics (RPA + Chatbots) teams and Integration teams by writing and editing content for SharePoint pages, Wiki Pages, blog posts, marketing materials and more. You will refine their writing skills for different business audiences, and gain valuable experience. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Draft and edit blog posts, news articles and SharePoint pages about ongoing automations and value they bring;
Assist with copywriting for news articles, hackathons, reports and other marketing material;
Research subject matter related to the automation topics with business teams to bring more value to the SharePoint articles;
Work with the IT teams to setup a monthly newsletter towards stakeholders;
Collaborate on engagement strategy of Robotics teams towards the business.
Your Profile
To be a perfect match with this internship, you:
Are a bachelor or master student in Digital Communication / Design / IT;
Are an excellent writer and a professional demeanor;
Are responsive to feedback and resourceful;
Are self-motivated and a proficient multitasker;
Have knowledge of proper spelling and grammar.
This is a bachelor internship suitable for apprentice or graduation with a duration of 6-12 months, starting from May 2024.
