You will be a member of the architects board and drive key design decisions related to platform technology. To realize the platform design and development, you will work closely with the various development teams as well as R&D, IT and operations, to ensure integration of infrastructure and aligned roadmaps.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define and develop the architecture of the technology platform
Be a key player in platform and development technology selection
Design scalable, secure and robust software solutions that can run in the cloud or on-premise.
Conduct thorough system analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations to optimize the system architecture.
Lead and guide the development team and provide mentoring to ensure adherence preto architectural principles.
Communicate sophisticated concepts to non-technical stakeholders, translating them into business value and helping them understand the benefits, trade-offs and outcomes of architectural decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and new technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the software architecture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Architect, preferably in crafting a digital services platform.
Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure.
Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and distributed systems, using microservices architecture and containerization technologies (, Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks and proficiency in database design and optimization.
Experience with infrastructure as code and continuous integration and development
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, to identify and address complex architectural challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for guiding and developing a development team.
