What you'll do

  • Contribute towards the technical knowledge and skills of the team, ensuring solutions of high technical standard and that the products in scope run smooth technically.

  • As member of the team, responsible for the overall technical quality, performance, security, continuity and availability of the products in scope of the team.

  • Responsible to translate user stories into technical solutions.

  • Responsible that the products in scope run technically smooth ensuring technical quality of solution, up to date certificates, security, upgrade and patches.

  • Analyse problems and provide problem solving expertise to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently within the

    designated SLA while also meeting the satisfaction of the user.

  • Proactively share knowledge and experiences in focus groups, with colleagues from own and other teams with a similar technical and/or functional focus.

  • Collaborate with Product Owner/ Service Owner and other team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products and continuously deliver product enhancements in sprints.

  • Be the trusted advisor for Product Owner/ Service Owner for the product area.

  • Daily collaboration/alignment at technical level with involved suppliers in the domain.

  • Participate in the LEAN Program

  • Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field or relevant technical working experience.

  • Experience with IT application and IT infrastructure.

  • Experience with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Testing/ Continuous Deployment.

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement

  • High level of initiative with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.

  • Reliable team player with excellent communication skills in English.
