JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role as Director of Platforms Commercial Management will be to lead and manage the total Platforms commercials via Quartz deal. You will also have the following responsibilities :

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leads and manages the total Platforms commercials via Quartz deal
  • Responsible for Platforms charges management
  • Responsible for leading services extension, termination and adjustments in alignment with PSM team
  • Accountable for the Service Based Pricing (Base charges, Market charges and Customer charges).Services include: Entertainment, Connectivity, IT, B2B, Aorta, Cloud
  • Accountable for SLAs monthly financial quantification/calculation
  • Accountable for monthly service credits management
  • Run pricing optimization across HW/SW/M&S/Labor
  • Escalation Management (commercial topics)
  • Run Commercial performance management
  • Supervise the total Budget allocation & governance: Assuring budget requests are raised and released in time
  • Document and PO compliance: Managing the Platforms Purchase to Pay process on a monthly basis

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEPREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
  • Minimum alternate proven experience in large carrier Telco or Cable provider with International presence across Europe

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience in technical service delivery with consistent track record in Platforms cost management, dimensioning and/or platforms life cycle commercial managements: IT, Networks, Entertainment type of platforms
  • Extensive experience with developing teams (direct & indirect) with strong record of people management in a technical environment and different cultural background, including communication, negotiation, conflict resolution skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT and Networks standard methodologies
  • Must be commercially aware and adept in P&L, budgeting, financial reporting, resource management
  • Deep understanding and experience of technologies, supporting tools, platforms and solutions
  • Expertise in driving operational efficiencies
  • Experience of project management techniques including planning, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken and preferable 1 other European language
