Multi-language capabilities
Proven sales leadership experience within the Belgian, Dutch, French and Luxembourg markets
Excellent leadership skills and ability to think at a tactical strategy level.
Has executive presence; is a highly seasoned sales leader and able to engage and build relationships with any audience internally or externally
Has a client centricity and a solution-based sales mindset.
Key business financial skills. Demonstrable ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis and manage the budget of a team.
Strong business negotiation skills, influence, conflict resolution, and political savvy
Demonstrate excellent presentation skills, are innovative, and have a formidable client orientation aptitude
Resourceful and confidently handles pressure in critical situations, ensuring at all times that client requirements are met
Have knowledge in the services industry, service delivery models, process improvements, consumption models and all CSD portfolio offers.
Has a depth of relevant connections and the background connections and ability to interface directly with both CIOs / CTOs and non-technical Leaders.
