Your Role:

As the Lead Engineer,you'll helm the engineering aspects of projects. This involvesoverseeing Interface- and System engineers, guiding them throughdetailed engineering tasks.

Project scopes encompass the entirelifecycle, from engineering and manufacturing to installation andcommissioning of power distribution systems. Think medium- andlow-voltage switchgear, transformers, power distribution units, busbar systems, digital protection, automation and monitoring systems,and modular solutions such as E-Houses andSkids.

Your keeneye for detail will ensure alignment across various designs anddisciplines, all while meeting budget and schedule constraints amidour dynamic client landscape.

In addition to managing the engineeringteam, you'll maintain regular client contact, offering expertadvice and ensuring seamless coordination between designs andstakeholders. You'll be the go-to technical point of contact,collaborating extensively with ProjectManagers.

Yourwork will predominantly unfold at our office in The Hague, theNetherlands, with frequent visits to factories and project sitesworldwide. Expect to supervise factory testing, attend clientmeetings, and coordinate site activities

YourProfile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degreein electrical engineering from HTS or TU, coupled with a minimum of7 years' experience as a (lead) engineer in multidisciplinaryprojects.
• Strong theoretical and practicalexpertise in low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers,short-circuit and selectivity calculations, and adherence tostandards like IEC 61439.
• Proven ability toprepare technical reports and testplans.
• Possess a creative, positive mindsetwith exceptional communication skills to inspire and motivateteams.
• Capable of devising and executingengineering plans while effectively managing and coaching teammembers.
• Adept at navigating complexinterpersonal dynamics, including handling critical clients withfinesse.
• Flexible and willing to travelfrequently for short business trips.
• Calm underpressure, thriving in dynamicenvironments.
• Fluency in English is a must,with proficiency in Dutch consideredadvantageous
