Functieomschrijving
In this role you will facilitatedevelopment of the business / facility maintenancestrategy.
You will solvereliability and availability losses through application ofreliability technology. By using tools to enable to meet it'sbusiness plan on the plant and therefore the customer’sneed.
This result is achievedby focusing on those opportunities that over a long-term period orhistorically has impacted the plant’s measured asset capability andthe opportunities identified as "high-risk" in risk assessments,reliability models, etc.
Main responsibility are:
Create, modify, improve and implement equipmentreliability strategies for 7 plastic trains.
In addition responsible for:
• Achieves plant EquipmentReliability Strategies targets.
• Creates Equipment Reliability Strategies basedupon Top Opportunity List, Critical Equipment List, and identifiedplant/business needs : failure modes analysis, preventive andmaintenance program revision, spare revision, procedurescreation.
• Evaluateseffectiveness of individual aspects of the Preventive andPredictive Maintenance (PPM) program by showing quantitatively theimpact of failures and PPM.
•Facilitates and/or contributes greatly to driving proactive PPMOptimization activities to support overall productivityimprovements.
• Usesreliability engineering principles and tools to increase AssetCapability and Asset Mechanical Reliability.
• Participates in plant health study and effortsto implement corrective action to maintain or improve planthealth.
• Develops maintenanceoperating discipline.
•Provides technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshootingfailures, repairs, and evaluating whether equipment is designed tomeet its intended or existing serviceconditions.
• Supports thepreventive maintenance coordinator, as required, in reviewing spareparts list for existing equipment.
• Completes EH&S orientation and all requiredtraining. Exhibits safe work behaviors and works safely withoutinjury or insult to the environment. Fulfills all requirements ofthe production area and/or maintenance areaEH&S.
• Gives support toturnarounds.
Functie-eisen
• A Bachelor or Master Degree in ChemicalEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, CivilEngineering or Material Science / MetallurgicalEngineer.
• Root CauseInvestigation Training certificate.
• Fluent use of Dutch and Englishlanguage.
• Experience inchemical industry as operations engineer, maintenance engineer orreliability engineer is required(!).
• VCA-VOL.
