Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager/Director to join us as Sponsorship Manager to lead our Pharma - sponsorship team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sponsorships. The Sponsorship Manager will play a key role in shaping the overall sponsorship strategy, managing a team, leading the development of new offers, reporting and overseeing the execution of sponsorship activities for our events, with a primary focus on the CPHI, Pharmapack and P-MEC branded events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or related field, preferably in the events or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of leading teams and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build relationships with senior-level executives.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative sponsorship strategies.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and event management.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to generate insightful reports and present findings to stakeholders.
