As a technical building manager, you are responsible for keeping our company buildings (head office, production site, and external office location) and all related facilities running smoothly and efficiently. You combine hands-on experience with organizational insight.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for the optimal functioning of the three locations through maintenance, budget management, and day-to-day supervision.

* Performing minor maintenance and repairs on buildings, installations, and furniture.

* Supervising and coordinating external technicians for both routine maintenance and larger maintenance, repair, or renovation projects.

* Monitoring technical systems and identifying the need for improvements or preventive maintenance.

* Supervising facility services like security, maintenance, cleaning, and waste management.

* Ensuring proper functioning of access and security systems such as fences, alarm systems, and surveillance cameras.

* Keeping the building safe, orderly, and clean, including managing personal protective equipment.

* Organizing adequate company emergency response.

* Contributing to efficient collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
