We are looking for you as our F\&B Supervisor at The College Hotel, Autoraph Collection by Marriott. The College Hotel is one of the hotspots in Oud-Zuid. The hotel is housed in a stylish 19th-century building, which opened as a school in 1895. You can spend the night in what used to be the math classroom, the biology classroom or maybe the economics classroom. The hotel is harmonized with "state of the art" design with respect for authenticity. Each room is unique and has its own details from the past. With the opening of Mondi in the summer of 2021, the capital has acquired a unique culinary hotspot. #### **What does the job include?**

As an F\&B Supervisor, you are responsible for **Mondi Skybar 747**. A vibrant bar with a small outdoor terrace overlooking Schiphol, a stylish indoor space, and a strong Caribbean atmosphere. You ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly and that guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive until the last drink is served.

You lead the team on the floor, motivate colleagues, and actively contribute to the onboarding, coaching, and development of employees. During service, you maintain overview, step in where needed, and make sure that both quality and atmosphere remain at a consistently high level.

You think in solutions, respond quickly to unexpected situations, and coordinate closely with other departments within the hotel. In addition, you work alongside the team in daily operations and set the example when it comes to service and hospitality.

As an F\&B Supervisor, you are the main point of contact on the floor for both the team and management. You are ultimately responsible for service standards and, together with your team, ensure that guests lack nothing. You also handle administrative duties with care and integrity, including cash counts, cash handling, and other daily controls.
