Tasks
- Configuring, and testing connections, including Windows Active Directory, H-L7, DICOM, and specific (non-DICOM) connections with imaging equipment
- Documenting all communications in Salesforce, our Helpdesk system, throughout the process
- Testing based on test specifications
- Customers on-site to resolve issues or conduct service calls
Requirements
- Degree (HBO level or equivalent) required as the minimum educational qualification (in ICT, medical informatics, or another relevant field of study)
- 3 years of relevant work experience within system integrations with DICOM (PACS), HL-7 and Windows Active Directory is considered a plus
- Background with at least two and preferably several of the following techniques: general system administration (server), workplace design (Windows and virtual), video image recording (with frame grabber) and playback, client-server systems, SQL database, scripting, XML, SOAP services
- Verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Problem-solving abilities and a capacity to excel in a small team environment under pressure with effective multitasking skills
- To work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate efficiently with both clients and colleagues
