Financial Business Analyst - Sourcing & SCM
Introduction to the job
As Business analyst you are responsible for driving our business through efficient and effective financial reporting and analysis, while making use of different data sources. Your goal is to provide relevant insights to finance business partners and business counterparts via recurring reporting, on ad hoc requests and projects for specific sectors. Furthermore you support in companywide requests and financial planning processes.
Role and responsibilities
Translating OPEX data into business driven and transparent forecasts
Process forecasting and budgeting data on which you also report
Provide proactive support to the finance business partners, finance leadership and business counterparts
Contribute in reporting projects and actively seek for improvements in our current processes and reporting
Education and experience
Master degree, preferably in Business Economics
At least 5-7 years relevant experience in finance
For a thorough analysis, you have SAP knowledge and excellent excel skills
Large amounts of data are no problem for you.
Experience / knowledge of (financial) data modelling and mainstream BI, as well as experience in Financial Planning cycles is an advantage.

Context of the position
The job is part of the ASML finance organization, within the Business Insights & Control team. The financial business analyst reports to the Manager R&D, OPEX and FTE within the BI&C department. He/she interacts with various departments in and outside of finance.
