**Your challenge**

We are on the eve of international expansion into markets such as the UK and US. This brings complex issues of scalability, compliance and multi-region infrastructure. We are building a platform that functions smoothly across multiple countries, languages and legislations. And for that, we need you!

You will work in a cross-functional product team in which engineers, product managers, designers and analysts work closely together. Within your team, you get a lot of autonomy and the chance to make an impact.

**What will you do?**

* Actively contribute to the technical roadmap, code reviews and our way of working.

* Collaborate with designers to localise the existing front-end and develop and test new features.

* Develop smart automations for onboarding processes so that professionals worldwide quickly find relevant assignments.

* Working with AWS, Docker and event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ) to deliver a robust platform that meets international security, compliance and performance standards.
