About the role / Segment

OurProduction & Qualification department consists of about 9 Hardware TestEngineer who have daily focus on hardware assembly, qualification andcalibration of high-tech Siemens SCADAS systems.

Besidesthe regular tasks there is the target on continuous improvement, productquality and costs reduction.

Responsibilities

Theobjective for the Hardware Test Engineer is to make a structural contributionto the operational targets that are set for the department, such as on timedelivery, lead time reduction and costs control.

Yourmain tasks will be:

•Qualification and inspection of hardware (PCBA’s) received from EMS

•Assembly and functional test of electronic PCB’s for measuring systemsaccording customer requirements

•Adjustment and calibration of electronic data acquisition measuring systemsaccording engineering specifications and ISO17025

•Reporting of status, progress and quality control data

•Troubleshooting, diagnostic analysis and repair of electronic hardware

•Support the introduction of new development projects

Profile Requirements

•MBO+/HBO electronics or other relevant education

•Experience with ESD handling of electronic PCB’s and testing

•Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications

•Knowledge of electronic components and specifications

•Knowledge and experience with IPC

•Experience with testing and repair (reading schematics)

•Experience with lean-6sigma techniques

•Fluently English, written and spoken
