As a Head of Digital OEM Business, you will be accountable for the realization of Digital Ambition within the business/function, and accountable to drive the digital agenda in the domain and combined with the continued embracement of the strategic focus as laid out in our 5 Frontiers strategy.

What you'll do
Be accountable for full delivery of Digital capabilities as committed with the Business/Function Leader.
Own and drive the agenda of the Digital Ambition at strategic and Business leadership level, including investments
and value delivery (e.g., increase in digital sales & efficiencies).
Orchestrate stakeholder management together with the respective Product Owner(s).
Be accountable for Digital cost management as part of a Business P&L or a Function cost target.
Be accountable for Digital performance to support day-to-day operations according to agreed SLAs.
Align with business and prioritize projects based on their strategic importance, potential benefits, and available
resources.
Work with Finance Business Partners and Leadership Team on Investment planning and approvals.
Accountable for the definition, initiation & execution/delivery of Business specific Digital Program/Project (incl. the
sourcing of resources).
Your qualifications
10+ years of experience in Digital /IT Leadership role
10+ years experience in a B2B business preferably in OEM
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
