Helpdesk Support Engineer (Dutch speaking)

About the role 
As a Customer Support Engineer at Deployteq, you work with global brands to optimize their digital marketing processes using our marketing automation platform. You are the first point of contact to provide solutions that enable optimal use of the platform and help Deployteq build a solid relationship with our customers. This position is the ultimate opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in marketing technology in a fun team. 

Responsibilities 
Together with your colleagues you provide a friendly and approachable first line of contact for our clients and our game-changing marketing automation platform Deployteq 
. Your role includes: 

  • Analyzing customer questions. Sometimes the question is not clear, then it is your job to understand what the customer wants to achieve 
  • Giving clear advice to our customers or engaging with Development for complex issues 
  • Communicate platform improvements to our Product Development team 
  • Advise clients on the best selections and segmentations of their database 
  • Align and collaborate with your Client Services colleagues to produce the most innovative campaign solutions 
  • Requirements

    You are someone who takes responsibility, shows initiative and wants to grow. Our customers come to us with a problem and we trust that you will come up with an excellent solution that you can communicate clearly to our customers. What do you bring to this role? 

  • Minimum MBO 4/HBO working and thinking level 
  • Work experience in a similar position 
  • You naturally like to get to the bottom of problems and propose solutions 
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing is essential 
  • You enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time you have strong communication skills and enjoy advising others and conveying your expertise
