Helpus to build the next generation resilience! One faulty componentshould not impact home delivery for even a single customer. How?You will be our primary point of contact for one of our ITresilience topics and processes, be it IT security, disasterrecovery or Agile incident management. Team up with anotherResilience commander on you area of expertise, evaluate and improveyour processes.

This is how you will reinvent foodretail. 
You take ownership of thecommunication and reporting about your topic. You inspire ourteams, bringing together our brightest DevSecOps Engineers andenable them to thrive when creating new solutions or improving ourexisting proposition. When all system are working properly and allteams are at their A-game, assist us with analyzing our internal ITprocesses, develop new automations to remove toil or strengthen therelationships with our IT partners. On top of all that youwill be part of our rapid response team to help us to coordinatehigh priority incidents. During your shift you coordinate betweenall necessary people, teams and departments to rapidly resolvepriority incidents for all critical business processes of AlbertHeijn. You understand that customers are sometimes better off witha workaround when a fix is not yet available. Yet, communicationmight just be the most important thing during an incident. Once youresolved the incident you will follow-up with post incidentevaluations to identify process- and technicalimprovements.

The recipefor maximum impact: 
•    AreT-shaped professional with technical background.
•   Are familiar with the terms like containerization,github, observability and release pipelines.
•   Are capable of explaining technology like VPN, expressroutes, DNS and virtualization.
•    Havingknowledge and experience of ServiceNow is an advantage.
•    Have experience with dealing with variety ofstakeholders and teams.
•    Are used toworking with time-critical deadlines, and able to evaluate andimprove processes. 
•    UnderstandIncident management processes (ITIL).
•   Have a great communication skills in English.
•   Have at least 4 years of relevant work experience inwhich you have proven your added value within a complex technologyenvironment, in roles as an System Engineer/Administrator,Technical application manager, SRE or similar.
•   Have a technical higher professional education or master'sdegree, preferably in Information Technology or relatedfields.
