Framo Nederland BV, based in Spijkenisse, has 55 employees and has the responsibility for maritime service and spare parts activities in Europe and Africa. The maritime business is a day and night business.

Job description The Inspection Engineer carries out short-term inspection work on board ships with a FRAMO pump system.

• Analyzing and inspecting the condition of the entire FRAMO system on board ships;

• Communicating with the crew about the condition of the Framo system with regard to performance, operation, etc.;

• The work mainly takes place in the ports of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp. To a lesser extent, inspections are also carried out in other ports within and outside Europe;

• The inspection work is mainly visual and relates to pump technology, automation and hydraulic control systems as well as hydraulic oil quality;

• Reporting and administratively handling the work carried out and advising on the actions to be taken.

Job requirements:

• MBO-4;

• You are good with computers and have technical interest;

• Strong service-oriented attitude with flexibility in working hours that comes with providing service to a 24/7 industry:

• Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
