Royal IHC is looking for an intern Customer Validation who can coordinate the customer validation process and cycle of the Digital team. Your Internship will start september 2024.

We are a small team with a large task and passionate about all things digital. We like to work together, take a walk along the windmills in Kinderdijk and have fun together. On Mondays we always meet in the office, catch up and have lunch together.
Your job
Insights from customer validations, stakeholders and data analytics lead to new initiatives on our backlog. Customer insights are leading in this and of vital importance. In order to have regular insights and to make sure our customers are satisfied we validate every 3 months with all our customers of digital products.
Your job as an intern is to coordinate (and improve) this entire process. You keep in touch with the customers, schedule the validation sessions, involve the internal stakeholders, facilitate the validation session and bring the learnings to the product owner and the rest of the digital team. Do you have ideas on how to improve our customer validation process? Do you see opportunities to improve our customer satisfaction? Bring it forward and you will be able to execute your improvement plan.
As in intern you get a lot of responsibility and freedom to take ownership in the Customer Validation process process. On the other hand, you get the change to learn from an experienced team of digital professionals. You will work together with the Product Owner to prepare and execute the sessions. You get the chance to work with people from different cultures, learn about Dredging, Mining and Offshore as well as product management and work with innovative digital technologies.
