**About the role**

In this role you will lead the planning, coördination and execution of Alpine's international motorsport event programme across Formula 1, MotoGP, 24H Le Mans and the Indy 500. From logistics and staffing to partner coordination and on-site delivery, you will ensure flawless execution of more than 30 international race events each year. This means you travel. A lot. And this is what you love! From Australia to Japan, and from China to Hungary.

**This position is based at our Global Head Office in Utrecht (The Netherlands). Applicants must already reside in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.**

This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role for an event manager "pur sang". Thereby you are a commercially sharp and operationally rigorous professional who thrives in fast-paced, international environments. Your success will be measured by three things: flawless execution of our international race calendar, commercial growth and partner satisfaction. You will also directly manage one team member, supporting their development and ensuring effective delivery across the racing programme. You will report to the Global Events \& Venues Director.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage Alpine's global racing event operations across 30 events annually.

* Manage key motorsport partnerships from contract to activation and delivery.

* Drive brand engagement, customer experience, and sales across event and digital channels.

* Monitor performance through reporting, stakeholder management, and KPI tracking.

* Own budgets, profitability, and commercial growth of the racing programme.
