Rockfon is looking for an International Project Manager Innovations (Monolithic Solutions) who is going to manage, drive and implement innovation and improvement projects from A to Z. You will focus on technically validating new ceiling concepts (internally/externally). You initiate and manage the creation of technical documentation and secure the possibility for giving training to certify installers. In this role, your main responsibility is to take full ownership of international projects from initiation at the beginning to the final implementation phase. Our purpose is to make the world a better place to live with our acoustic solutions for places for education, work, leisure and health using sustainable materials.

What are you going to do?

Lead and execute projects following the Rockfon Innovation Roadmap from A-Z including the implementation/coordination with Operations, Supply chain, Quality, Research & Development, Marketing, Communications and Product Management;

Ensure the relevant approvals and certificates for the projects, and assure the health & safety check for implementation of all new products;

Scope & coordinate the necessary investments and assure timely implementation;

Coordinate raw material developments in relation to the projects;

Set up a solid internal network with Operations, Supply chain, Product Management, Marketing, Quality and Research & Development;

Set up solid network with external parties (suppliers, test labs, experts).

With our customer-oriented, dynamic and entrepreneurial team, you will have a great deal of challenging and fun assignments.

What do we ask?

Bachelor Degree in a technical study, e.g. building physics, mechanical engineering or similar education;

Strong project management skills in complex projects (3+ years’ experience);

Experience in the Construction or Building materials Industry is a plus;

A goal oriented team player, who likes to work with a variety of people;

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken);

You are prepared to travel ± 50 days a year mainly in East- and West-Europe (production locations, test institutes, headquarter Denmark, etc.). You can work from our location in Wijnegem (B) or Roermond (NL).
