Location: Best, Amsterdam
Type: Internship
Length: 6 months (with a possibility to extend to 12 months)
Time: 40 hours/week
Expected Start Date: March/April 2024

We are able to support with a thesis. In this case, we do require you to work min 32 hours on the projects and max 8 hours per week on your thesis. You will receive mentoring throughout your internship to make sure you have the support you need to balance this duality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Support and execute projects in close partnership with a group of professionals from both HR and the departments you will support. You will work on initiatives with a real impact, and have the chance to learn and develop in a dynamic and diverse environment.

You are responsible for

  • You will support and/ or lead several HR projects ( data analytics/ reporting/ renewing of job profile updates/ talent review);

  • Responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, communication, information) and organization;

  • Planning, coordinating and tracking small (sub)projects, which are mainly HR focused;

You are a part of

A team of HR project managers and other interns working within HR for Integrated Supply Chain All the colleagues work in different projects and for different functions.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards your Master in Sciences degree at a University in Sciences in: Human Resources, Work and Organizational Psychology, Psychology or any other People/Business related Master or an equivalent

  • Fluent in oral and written English

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Effective stakeholder management/ communication

  • Excel/ Data analytics experience

  • Previous internship experience within a multinational environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Please note that in order to be considered for an internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of which may be requested at any time. Students from outside the EU need to fill in an NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
