The IP Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The role holder will work closely with the Licensing and Finance teams to gather requirements and develop business cases for new initiatives.

What you’ll do
Focus on understanding and solving business challenges through data-based insights, perform forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as the latest sales views, overall market trend analysis, scenario analysis, etc.
Support the financial processes within the organization, including activities related to financial reporting, financial analysis, and accounting.
Prepare monthly revenue analysis for internal stakeholders. Analyze key drivers of sales performance, including monthly and quarterly results and variance versus forecast.
Monitor and ensure reporting compliance for Signify IP Licensees by conducting regular Licensee reporting reviews and assessments to check compliance status and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with management, licensees, fellow colleagues, and third-party suppliers, proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships
Work with IT to digitalize, automate processes, self-service reporting and improvement & simplification. Ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth
Your qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience
Excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
