The role
As the IT business Partner (Business CIO, Digital Transformation Lead) within one of our division, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing IT and digital strategies, roadmaps and projects that support divisional and group business objectives. You will be a key figure in determining the division's technological direction and creating a digital vision that adds value to the organization.
Key accountabilities
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a IT/digital strategy that aligns with the division's business and group objectives and supports growth;
Digital Transformation : Lead digital transformation efforts within the division to identify and integrate innovative technologies that enhance efficiency and improve the division's competitive position;
Business Partnership: Work closely with various departments within the division to understand their business and technological needs and deliver solutions that enhance operational processes;
Collaboration with Central IT Organization : Act as a bridge between the division and the central IT organization, ensuring that divisional IT initiatives align with the company's overarching IT strategies and guidelines;
Data Management and Analysis: Allign and support group guidelines for data management and analysis strategies within the division to gain valuable insights that support decision-making and increase competitive advantages;
Information Security: Support group guidelines and implement and maintain stringent security measures within the division to safeguard the integrity of corporate data and minimize the risks of cyber-attacks.
Skills & experience
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in, information technology, business administration, or a related field;
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, including at least 3 years in leadership positions. Industry (Manufacturing) experience is advantageous;
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans that support business objectives;
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams toward common goals;
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of prcesses, business applications (PLM, ERP, etc), data management and emerging technologies;
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
Results-Oriented: Driven by results, with a proven track record of achieving measurable business outcomes through IT initiatives.
